Cancellation policy
- Cancellations made 15 days or more in advance of the event date will receive a 75% refund.
- Cancellations made within 11-14 days will receive a 50% refund.
- Cancellations made within 6-10 days will receive a 25% refund.
- Cancellations made within 0-5 days will not receive any refund.
Terms & Conditions
- Checkin / Checkout time is 12:00 noon.
- Visitors are not permitted in guest room after Mid-Night.
- The hotel is not responsible for the safety of any valuable left in the guest room.
- Safe deposite lockers are available free of charge with the Cashier.
- Please do not smoke in your room as a deep cleaning surcharge of 2000 per day will apply if you do so.
